“Amenities were not available with the pool Construction was on going and redoing the roof and painting the entire building we were staying in. AC to our room/living room did not work Wouldn’t get below 76 and very stuffy We paid over $400 per night. Hotel said there wasn’t another room available that was 3 bedroom/other accommodations. Was told i couldn’t receive a refund.”

“We love staying at Stillwater! However this time there was a hiccup with our room which they did their best to fix. A few other issues are the pool was supposed to be heated but it was freezing. Felt like on our last day it was starting to warm up so hopefully that gets better! Next thing would be the thin walls. Even just a guest rolling their suitcase into their room sounds like an earthquake (I’m not joking) they need to sound proof better as that’s a complaint I see over and over in other……

“The stoll was very short like RV short and I'm 5" and it was too short for me let alone my elder in-laws that 1 walks with a walker/wheelchair and had to use my husband and father in-law to help her get up. The other who doesn't walk well used a walker to lift himself up. The refrigerator had mold in it and then we had 8 stairs to get 2 elders up and down neither walk well or walk without assistance so between the stool and the stairs we were more exhausted than had any fun. Absolutely awful and……

“We had a wonderful time at the the Ozarker. It has been a renovated older Motel. They did a nice job. Room was small but clean and had touches of memorabilia, fridge and a quiet area out back with fire pits and a beautiful little creek. Staff was very friendly and we had a great time visiting in the lounge area. Breakfast was continental with a quiet dining area.”

“Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful”

“Tv volume had to be at 80-90 to hear over washer and air conditioning. Washer incredibly loud!! Patio sliding doors definitely need oiled/cleaned.”
