“In general the experience is good. The room is big enough,
The only down side was the dinner at the hotel restaurant. The guy at the bar which is also the receptionist was extremely rude. We told him we booked a table. His reply was ‘so?’. We then told him we were early. His reply was ‘so?’. Not sure it’s the right attitude working at the restaurant.
Otherwise the rest is fine.”

“Beautiful, clean and quiet hotel in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. We loved this hotel and also liked the convenience of being close to not only the downtown of Bayeaux, but also the many sights in Normandy. Great staff. Highly recommended.”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal, reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“Accommodation very clean and well equipped, in need of some tlc paintwork very damaged ,beds very comfortable we all slept well .
Food in the restaurant really good ,its a shame the bar area is open very limited times so if you wanted a drink or a coffee only available when restaurant open ,nothing else close without a good 15 to 20 min drive.Good pools but awful smell in the changing rooms .”
