We had stayed at the hotel only a week earlier and had asked for the same or similar room for the the three of us (two adults and a child). The room we had then was excellent. However on this occasion despite paying a little more it was smaller, had the strangest lighting set up (if you turned on the bathroom lights you it meant a single ceiling light above our child bed came on..ideal when he needed to sleep). When we arrived we had to ask 3 times for the sofa bed to be made up…it was eventually. We were late arriving so decided out of necessity to eat at the hotels resultant. We ere told that they were very busy and would have to wait 45 mins…which we understood and appreciated. However when we went to the restaurant it wasn’t busy as there were a number of empty tables. However what was more annoying was that a number of people turned up and were immediately seated whilst we were eventually seated at a table that hadn’t been completely cleaned from the previous dinners! It was a disappointing stay at a beautiful hotel!

Very nice modern hotel in an old building. Extremely friendly staff. The room is big and clean. Finding a parking space in the hotel garage was easy. We had a 15 min walk into the city centre which is beautiful. Great place to stay overall.

Great stay, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of the staff as we don’t speak French. Thought the price to use the pool were unnecessary, should be included in the stay but all was fantastic.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were truly lovely—very welcoming and helpful. The only downside was the parking. It was mentioned at booking, but for €19 a night, and given that the hotel isn’t in the city center, it would feel a lot more thoughtful to include it. Most guests driving there will need it anyway. Still, we had a pleasant stay overall.
