“When we checked in, there was nobody at the front desk for a while, the chairs look old and dirty, there is no electrical plug near the end table and no coffee maker. ”

“Weekend visit. Had a problem with the TV and were not able to fix it I assume because maintenance wasnt working on the weekend. After a day I was switched to another room. Would have been appropriate to have updates from the front desk as to what was happening and when. No offer of a partial refund. Not what I expect from this chain.”

It took over 20 minutes just for my rooms. After I was finished my friend behind me checked in, she had a reference #. When she gave it to the person working, she said that I had that reference # and I just checked her in. How did this hotel give her reference # when she called to make a reservation? How did……

So many selections from making mini waffles to bacon and eggs, biscuits & gravy, bagels to cereal any many more. Hampton Inn is always a top choice & a family favorite. Highly recommend. “The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately, the sink and bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. We had to turn on the ventilation fan and keep the bathroom door closed while sleeping; otherwise, the smell was strong enough to wake us up. Hopefully, this issue can be addressed for future guests.”
