Hotel is absolutely timeless. A beautiful place to retreat to after fun in Newport. The air could have been cooler in our room but in all honesty we like sleeping in a really cold room.

    "Reasonably good, but somewhat overpriced"
Hotel facilities were nice, as they had a pool, restaurant, bar, and outdoor lawn & walkway. Location was slightly inconvenient as we had to take a shuttle back/forth to the main waterfront area. Shuttle service wasn't always on time and didn't have enough capacity at times. Gym was small but still good with a few different machine, plus they had indoor pool which we didn't use. Hotel staff was quite friendly and always willing to help. For its quality, it was slightly overpriced, but this is one of the few name-brand hotels in the area (I generally stick to those and not BnB's), so not surprising.

"Very nice hotel near the capitol building. "
Comfortable and clean hotel in a very convenient part of the city. We were there for one day/night visiting Brown Univ. and the hotel was very accessible to walk to and from the school. It is also few minutes away from a lot of the main attractations, including the Capitol and many nighttime waterfront activities. Besides the lack of soap and the slightly overwhelming smell of the shower curtain in the bathroom, the hotel is extremely clean and it appears to have been very recently renovated.

    "Great location "
The hotel is in a great location. We walked 5 min up the street (a right out of the hotel) to the Federal Hill Historic District to grab lunch at one of the many Italian restaurants nearby. You can also take a left out of the hotel and walk to Waterplace Park, the State Building, and other historic sites and shopping centers. Be aware of the $25 charge to park at the hotel. The hallway outside our room smelled just a little bit like old cigarette smoke. No fridge in our room unfortunately, despite how much we paid for the hotel. No complimentary breakfast either, unless you are part of their honors program or something, but the hotel clerk did not really explain to us how that worked and was pretty short with us about how their breakfast works. There is a Starbucks right around the corner though. Overall, it was a very clean, spacious room, in a GREAT location. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The staff was generally pretty helpful, and it was a good hotel. I would stay there again.
