"Large apartment with two bedrooms was clean and well appointed. Large wraparound balcony, but could use some upkeep on the weeds outdoors on the balcony. "One time" cleaning fee of 90 Euros was a surprise when we arrived at the reception desk. The surprise was blamed on booking through this site instead of their proprietary site, although this apartment was selected because of the cost savings since other apartments clearly disclosed a cleaning fee on their listings on this site. "Apartments are modern and spacious. Village is very quiet but well located for Panorama Bahn ski lift (NB if you have any beginners in your group you have to drive 20 mins or so to Pass Thurn for ski school). Main criticism was that we unexpectedly had to pay for the apartment in cash - this was a real problem over Christmas week as the banks were closed! The Owners were adamant that this was specified on the booking but - if it was - I missed it! Sadly, this took the shine off the stay."

"We were travelling with our 1 year old son and were really impressed with the hotel set up for youngsters. Small things like a nappy bin and a baby bath being provided along with a cot and high chair. Kids being allowed to use the pool until 6pm but retaining adult only space in the sauna area. A playground on site and the media room full of toys. We could keep the baby occupied but also enjoy some child-free relaxation.
