“Alexis was very helpful through the whole check in and stay. The property can only be accessed by the water. Alexis connected with us through WhatsApp to make communication easier and answer any questions we had. It took us quite awhile to reach Lake Atitlan due to traffic but we were able to take a water taxi to the hotel from Panajachel. There are several stairs to climb but the staff was very helpful in carrying our luggage. The rooms are spacious and provide a unique experience away from the……

“Habitacion limpia. No comi en el restaurante porque los precios de desayuno empezaban en Q90 y justo en frente habia un restaurante donde los desayunos estaban a Q50 y muy completos. El restaurante estaba solo, creo qeu deberian considerar ser mas competitivos con sus precios en el restaurante. Otra recomendacion seria tener habilitada el area donde hay como un canopy, porque yo quise ir a trabajar con mi compu a esa area, que es otro extension del restaurante, y abrian hasta las 9 a.m. y solo……

“Mala experiencia. Cobro de la estancia por duplicado ya que Hotel cobró de nuevo estancia cargando a la tarjeta. Problema reportado pero no solucionado: no reintegro aún. ”

“The rooms were very clean, everything is well organized. Johan and Gaby are huge huge huge help in everything you need there. They are hands on, and very attentive. Neighborhood is safe, views are amazing and the food was delicious. Dinner there is fun and easy. The breakfast with the view is so cool. I recommend 100%. Stray dogs bark randomly at night for about 10 mins and usually calm down but it could wake you up.”

“I had a good stay overall, but there was one serious issue. Around 2 a.m., someone opened my door and tried to enter my room. I reported this to the receptionist, but was told there are no CCTV cameras in the common areas. For the safety of guests, I strongly recommend installing security cameras.”

“The most amazing view. We spent a lot of time just at the hotel because of the gorgeous view. You can also use the kayaks free of charge. Very close to the boat deck and very kind and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast was also included with our reservation. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was delicious”

“I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Casa Ki’iil. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was about a 7 minute walk to La Calle de las Sombrillas and a short tuk tuk ride to anything else in San Juan or San Pedro. I got the lake view room, had a beautiful view of the garden and the lake. The staff were so so sweet and very helpful. They helped me order a public/private lancha to the hotel’s dock, gave me directions and recommendations, and even helped me get into the lake with the kayak.……
