“Our stay at Sugar Bay Barbados was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The resort is beautifully situated on a stunning beachfront with crystal-clear water and soft sand, creating the perfect Caribbean getaway. “I will not go back this resort in future. Location and properties were good but the staffs are not friendly and some of them has attitude . Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday and most are deep fried and all food rich with oil. For the dinner, you have to make a reservation, you can not just go eat within time limit (not the buffet style)and need to set up the time , the menu is not much to choice. I stayed for a week but I am not enjoy their food compare to other Caribbean Island all……

“One of the few 'beach hotels' on the island -- many say they are, but you usually have to cross a road, or the beach is 'next' to the property. This is essentially a beach compound and private! The pool is big, clean, lots of seating. Lay around and watch / listen to the ocean, or use a beach lounger with free towels and lay at the ocean. The beach must be 100 feet deep and hundreds of feet wide, LOTS of beach to use to be alone, or gather, play games, etc. Grab drinks from the beach bar,……

“The drinks were so good that I never made it for breakfast. Lol! The lunch and dinner were good though. This resort is for more of an older crowd, and everyone there besides me was retired. I enjoyed my stay there, the staff is friendly and helpful, the bartender Trey is hilarious and entertaining, and the manager is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. ”

“I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great. “Everything in the property was as described. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a problem starting the gas stove but a call to Nigel the house manager got that fixed immediately. Loved the spacious drying room and the patio. The only quibble is that it was not a short walk to the beach - it was 25 minutes at least, beside a busy road with little paved sidewalk and uneven ground - tricky for older women!
