"I booked a small room with a single bed, and got a lot of features for the money. I had everything I needed in the room and the most wonderful breakfast included. Being able to open the window for fresh air was so appreciated. The hotel areas are comfortable and spacious. There were bigger options available but this suited me and my budget as a solo traveller."

"Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotel’s restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best. The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If you’re traveling via Uber, it’s fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead. "Hotel itself is fine. However, let down by the 4 pm check in time which is not great. The doors are locked until 4 pm so if you arrive before this and it is raining you get wet. There needs to be a way to check in before this, and be able to drop off your bags. It is more of pub than a hotel. The hotel has a life but it is very hit and miss to get it to start and sometimes it stops between floors. The room was fine just let down by check in at 4pm and no way of dropping off your luggage prior to this. "
