“No good ”

“10 years ago this was a good place to stay. No more. The hotel is rundown, rooms were dirty. I had to ask for a new room and it wasn't much better. I won't be staying again. It's a shame that Management has let it do down hill.”

“El agua cuando nos fuimos a cepillar y bañar.. el olor era horrible pero entendemos que el lugar a lo mejor utiliza agua filtrada de algún río o lago cercano por su distancia”

“Amazing place! Will definitely be back.”

“Limited parking.... may have to park on the grass. The room was very clean and had some neat antiques in it. No coffee in room but can get in the hallway. The price does not include breakfast but it is available for additional cost. Host is fast to respond.”

“What an amazing find! The apartment is so spacious, well equipped and right in the center of the cutest downtown area. We loved our stay!”

“Our stay was just what we needed. The cabin is Rustic in an off the beaten path location. No internet, very little cell service and no TV. It had everything we needed as far as the essentials go. The kitchen was a nice size and well equipped. The bathroom is as shown and the water was hot! The bedroom was quaint. My family (me, husband, mom & the dog) had a great stay and will be back again. It was pretty cool just to walk to the river which was "right" there. On a final note, our...

“Be sure to ask to see some of the beautiful antique lamps that are on the property. Wonderful surroundings of fields and trees made for a restful, quiet stay. Our breakfast, our first day, led to a conversation from Timothy about dairy farming. We had no idea there was so much involved. We were glad to have found this place that was a comfortable alternative to the name brand hotels in Jamestown.”

“This is a clean old-fashioned two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and a back porch which is shared by several other units. I didn't see anyone else so they may not be occupied. There are businesses on the street level and apartments above. The building is quite old which shows in the woodwork and windows. There are air-conditioners and fans for comfort but I didn't need them. There is a large old fashioned stove in the living room at the front of the unit but I did not see anything else so...

“Travel to this location was challenging at night. The house itself is very rustic with steep stairs up to the upstairs bedrooms that could be challenging for seniors. The top of the stairs is a safety issue. The cleaning was adequate. The farm abimals nearby were fun to watch.”

“The owners were very responsive, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown. Would stay there again.”

“Would like to have had a few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging things like robes etc. Not much else to say....its a good place to stay. Owner was quick to return calls and gets an A+. Would suggest a dresser in the main bedroom and perhaps organize the items in the closets better. Shelves perhaps. All and all the stay was great...the place is old but a lot of good work has gone into it. The firefly suite looks the best...has new fresher appeal. Back balconies are nice and solid. I...

“The hospitality from the hosts was beyond what we expected and the property in the countryside was full of charm and very comfortable. When our travels take us back to the area, we will definitely be staying there again.”

“What a perfect place to stay when visiting Warren County! The property is located in one of the most picturesque parts of Pennsylvania. Our wonderful hosts had thought of everything that would make our stay enjoyable. Kim had even baked a loaf of delicious apple bread for us. ”

“Our stay was perfect! The hosts have thought of all the extras to accommodate guests. The mini splits kept the place cool, and comfortable. Extra details were put into making this home somewhere we will be returning to!”

“We loved it, lots of room & grand renovations!”

“Highly recommend! Went with 2 young children and my wife. Had more than enough space for our needs and very well kept.”

“Well stocked kitchen items for our use. Very comfortable beds”
