“Kind of expected to be disappointed. However, really delighted. Room was lovely, clean and thoughtful appointments. Location was OK, but doable.”

“To be fair, we stayed during a Nor'easter that caused a lot of tree and debris issues on the property. That meant any amenities were not existent. The room (a three bedroom cabin) was clean enough, but the bath tub had rust in it and we also had to ask for a bulb for one of the bathroom light fixtures and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. “Well maintained property, extremely helpful stuff. Very good value for the money. We stayed for only one night, so did not took full advantage of the pool. But seating area facing Peconic river is great.”

“Clean and friendly”

“Brian is so accommodating and cannot do enough for his guests! My boyfriend and I found this hidden treasure a year ago and never wanted to leave! It’s set on the bay and is so amazing that there are no words to describe it! It’s so clean and it’s serenity and peace like no other! The pool is so clean and it’s mineral pool, we love taking out the kayaks on gorgeous bay! The property and rooms and so clean and Brian who runs the report is so kind and cannot do enough for everyone! I cannot say……

“The check-in date of 4PM in the afternoon was a turn off given you are paying foe the full day. Bit of a money grab. Further the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in when we got there was arrogant. Otherwise a nice stay.”
