“Everything was amazing. Perfect service: very helpful staff. Breakfast very good buffet style. Only bathroom door are clearly visible through the glass window in it so very uncomfortable when you travel with friends. I need to say that everything was perfect but I just would never book it again because of that bathroom doors.”

“Nice enough place, just inside the walls of Khiva and not far from the East Gate. Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts. I did find the bed harder than I like (I've got back problems), wifi was patchy (So far I've been in 3 hotels in Uzbekistan, and they have all been patchy). But for the price, and the location and the super friendly hosts, worth a try if your on a tight budget. ”

“Though I checked in late at night, I was surprised to see the south gate so close to my window in the following morning. Due to lack of English signs in general in Khiva, I still got lost to some extent. But the clear location of this hotel somehow helped me go back to the hotel after the tour. ”

“The hotel Shokhjakhon in Xiva is welcoming, customer service oriented, is conveniently located opposite the old city wall of Xiva, clean, has good WiFi, excellent restaurant (can accommodate vegetarians - i.е. porridge, eggs, fruit, cheese, butter and bread for.breakfast) and is excellent value, The restaurant next door has excellent (like home cooked) food and a nice atmosphere.
