"Absolutely amazing. Dead-center of everything you'll want to see and do in Valparaiso. If you can, get a room with the terrace view, which provides direct access to the stairs to the roof and its stunning 360 degree views. The couple that runs this place are just lovely and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Our only complaint was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. A lot of the restaurants in the area served huge portions, and we had nowhere to put the leftovers."

"The hotel was very good and the staff was wonderful as they were knowledgeable, understanding, and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was also good. The only negatives were that the TV never worked, the Internet was very poor at best, and the rooms were simply too small. The worst part was the toilet area which was so small one felt claustrophobic."
