DO NOT STAY HERE
We stayed for 15 minutes. I want a refund. The shower, broken. The toilet paper roll/dispenser, broken. The entry door, broken (wouldn't latch shut, had to use an added bolt lock). Looked like door was kicked in and door jam never repaired. Floor tiles, broken and missing. Food in fridge. Previous occupants clothing in dresser. One of the dressers drawers screwed shut. 1 of 4 lamps worked. No blankets, only top bedsheet. Bed sheets were stained. Pillows had no pillow cases. TV stand broken and all lopsided. Toilet wouldn't flush.

The bolt lock was broken off the door, already in a super sketchy area. You could see light coming through the door when it was “closed”. Easily seemed like someone could break the door down with minimal effort. The sink faucet was broken and we could not use it. The lady at the front was horrible. Worst customer service ever. And ontop of it all we heard someone screaming bloody murder upstairs and stuff getting knocked over and broken, and the lady at the front fully ignored it. The pictures are a total lie. The rooms and hotel in general does NOT look like that. Needless to say we didn’t stay here. We left to find somewhere safe and sanitary. No NOT recommend to anyone!

Dirty, smelly, leaky, over priced.
Booked on hotels.com. Smelled strong stale cigarette smoke immediately. Front desk insisted they had no booking for me (after first trying to convince me I was someone else), then just sort of stared at me. Didn't offer another room, or suggestion...then as I was turning away, she suddenly "found" it. She seemed to have no idea what "late checkout" meant. There was standing garbage outside the door (it's a motel, not a hotel). Water had collected between the tub and floor, leaving a water-balloon-like bubble under the surface of the tub, which shifted around under my feet while showering. There's a phone in the room that didn't work and I never did find the TV remote. The in-room jacuzzi (the reason I was there) leaked out on the floor; I checked to make sure I hadn't overfilled or splashed, and found the wood trim on the adjoining wall had water damage near the floor, so obv the tub has been leaking for some time. The area is perfectly fine. But this place is waayyy worse than it looks. You can find much better for cheaper nearby.

After we (family) turned in for the night, the bugs invaded my room i witnessed them crawling under the door (Roaches) large couldn’t sleep & i had my little baby. Haven’t seen Bold Ass roaches like that since the 70’s

Only thing I liked was the staff the lady at the front desk was very friendly, but on another note the room was not clean, they had roaches, sheets were not clean. Etc will never come there again also the Jets were not working in the jacuzzi.

Do not stay here!!!
The room was disgusting, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. It was so dusty and dirty and everything was stained and chipped or broken. The phone had no cord to plug in to use it, the smoke detector had no batteries so it kept beeping, and there was about a half inch of space between the door and the door jam, so you could see outside and cold air was blowing in. The heat wouldn’t turn on either so it was freezing. We were in the room for a total of 5 minutes and only that long to stay out of the snow while we figured out somewhere else to go. The front desk woman was very nice, the only thing about this place that didn’t suck. I would recommend that they be shut down. The pictures attached don’t even show the full extent of how bad it was.

Place is dirty the jetted tubs are old and shabby there wore black skin flakes and looked like some bed bug droppings as well couldnt get any clean sheets black mold in the bathroom behind the toilet and in other corners.

We will always Guarantee the room type that you booked, on arrive please do request inside room if it's available at that time, however weather it's outside room or inside room we do reassure you it's a safe area. cameras are located on each side of the building as well. phone's are located near the TV stand thank you hope you come again.

The front was not friendly, or polite. The rooms were supposed to be non smoking. They were free led with cigarette smoke. It was terrible. I will never, ever visit that place again. It was awful.
