My wife and I stayed here in April 2024 on a Saturday night to celebrate our 30 plus year wedding anniversary. Checking in was a mess. Could not understand our checking host and had to ask her multiple times to repeat herself. We were asked to sign a conditional agreement about smoking and one about the property being a pet friendly hotel. I have no problem with this. However, I was not allowed to read the disclosure. What was I agreeing to? We left for the night for some off property entertainment. Upon our return we could barely get through the front lobby due to the very active night life party scene. If you are looking for a very loud party hotel this is the place. If fact, the room next to us entertained multiple guests until 5:00 AM in the morning. Unfortunately, this is not what we were looking for on a get away weekend. For us, we will not return. Too many things not did not connect and at $500.00 a night our expectations were not met.

The only complaint is that the walls are thin. We could hear the woman talking all night from the suite next door.

Not a family friendly hotel. Guests with children get kicked out from the lobby because it gets converted to bar area. No place hot hotel guests with children under 21 in hotel lobby. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Will never stay here again unless there is space for guests in a lab by to sit down after 7pm when you are paying 400/500 per night.

Wonderful atmosphere, clean room but bad check in due to excessive activity at hotel entrance. Poor heating in the room. Temp never went above 71 degrees.

We are from the area and wanted to check out this new hotel. The art work around the property and in the rooms is impressive. There is also a pantry on every floor that is stocked with complimentary pop, water and various snacks. It is a classy establishment and we look forward to returning.

First impressions are important. Entry to hotel was filthy, valet was spitting on sidewalk, cigarette butts every where. As a guest I expect to be able to get to the bar for a cocktail but that was not possible due to the number of people. Are you a hotel or a nightclub? Lastly, I was woken up at 1:00am due to an after party in a near room.

Loved our stay but left a very expensive dress shirt behind in the closet. When I called in, was told that it was not returned to the front desk, and that housekeeping did not find anything. Someone’s boyfriend or husband is wearing a beautiful Hugo Boss shirt.

Valet is a clown show! Recked my car on the first day and lost my keys on the second! No kidding !! I had to take an Uber to my event to get there on time because they couldn’t find the keys to my vehicle. The uber driver said that every time he has to pick someone up at that hotel he worries for his own safety due to their chaos and recklessness.

The value for cost not worth the cost. Had to ask several times for new towels, fix mimi frig, change sheets and nothing was attended to during my stay. Bell captain and parking attendants very professional and helpful. Facility and location has a valet parking problem that is a safety hazard. Needs to be fixed!
