Room worth price, relatively quiet stay. Room on 3rd floor. Building maintenance poor. Floors creak and sag. Elevator needs repairs, limited how water, shower touchy, requires constant adjustment. Overall decent hotel for area.

It's a standard Days Inn. Nothing fancy. Clean room. Buzzing from refrigerator was really annoying and messed with my sleep. But nothing I can't handle. Not perfect, but you get what you pay for. Top tier mediocre.

Rude lying staff, the women are rude, extra words mouthy over talkers. The maintenance man a older guy very polite very nice but the women not polite at all. Listen won’t be back won’t even recommend to no one. Did your staff tell you that my daughter and her friend stay there about a month ago and there was a couple roaches in the room yES on your property. Did they mention that? My daughter has pictures and nothing against you, but we’re thinking of airing them on social media and fox2 Detroit news. But I’ve since calm down and realize I’ll get to tell my story and I did. They imformed me when I checked in they would be doing some maintenance in the bathroom about 9:30 am. I said that would be fine. I left for day and returned about 5:30.Went for a walk shortly there after but when I returned they had now come to do the repairs. They told me on the way out that too Be careful with the fumes. Really nauseating. Bad experience for sure. If they had done the repairs when they promised maybe it would have air out a little.

I was given a room on the third floor. The hallway was very noisy lots of voices. Not uncommon, however the noise was above what you normally encounter. The hall smelled of curry and cooking fish. Clearly people were cooking in the rooms...more than one. There had been new laminate flooring installed at some point and only some of the baseboard were installed, leaving the remaining baseboards unfinished and worn down. The tub had some caulk, however it appeared to be an after thought and now the mold has taken over. The doors in the room looked beaten and were most likely original from the 70's. There's left over tiles were left under the heater. The hallway floors were decrepit and are long past being serviceable. Bare spots and threads exposed, almost a tripping hazard. while I appreciate there was a guard making his rounds through the halls it just added to the whole atmosphere of being in an inner city "hourly' rate motel.... A hard pass for me on any future stays.
