“The location is fantastic. Lots of dining options and the Village of Oak Creek shops to explore. Very close to some great hiking (Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock). Downtown/Uptown Sedona is not far to drive. My only issue would be the sleeper sofa. Great for the option but old and uncomfortable to just use as a small sofa. Shower was great. Clean, new, plenty of hot water. Location really makes this work.”

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
