It was a good motel/hotel. Nothing outstanding, it was very clean the rooms and the grounds. The laundry room where the ice maker is located was old outdated and no thought put into it. I was thinking twice about not using the ice.

The staff was polite and helpful. I asked for a quiet room. The gentleman gave me a corner room on the 2nd floor, which is away from the road. The room was clean. Everything in the room worked as they should be. The air conditioning worked well. There were extra blankets in the room too. The bed was a little bit soft for me but not affecting my sleep. It was quiet in general at night for a good sleep. Some minor morning traffic noise but was acceptable. The sound of luggage roller wheels, heavy steps on the metal stairs were noticeable but was typical in many hotels. I put earplugs on and that helped. Overall I was satisfied with my stay.

Liked the pool and the staff was personable.room was clean and room cleaning everyday/fresh towels. Pool closes at 8 pm a little early I think.Definitely staying there again

The staff was very friendly and informative!! The room was very clean, and met all our needs. Cottonwood is a very nice town, with many restaurants and shopping choices. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Our stay was great! We have a small dog and they were very accommodating. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely come back.
