We've stayed in Flagstaff probably 5-6 times in the past 10-12 years. This was one of the best properties we stayed at. It's clean, quiet, centrally located - the Himalayan Grill - an excellent South Asian eatery, and the Galaxy Diner: a great breakfast and lunch place, plus a DQ, are short walks away, and we had a good price for our 5-night stay. The breakfast was basic but good - no elaborate buffet but you had make-your own pancakes, cereal, fruit, coffee, juice, so it was adequate. i would've scored it higher but for whatever reason we didn't get room service on our last day - don't know if that was a mistake - or a policy.

Great spot for a quick overnight stop. Convenient parking in front of rooms, but obviously noisier with external room access. AC unit in room wasn't /quite/ right, but did work. Would stay again.

This is an older motel that has been around for a while, but the property has been well maintained and the room was exceptionally clean. I sought out the property for the pool and hot tub and they are a nice amenity, also older but well maintained. Ideal for a no-frills stay.

I had listen To the person staying above my room walk back-and-forth all night long. Kept me up all night long and I had to get up early, but I was offered earplugs. I didn’t stop till 12 midnight and started right back up early in the morning.
