“Great stay in a wonderful location! We loved that we were able to walk to Bell Rock which is one of our favorite spots in VOC. Comfortable beds, all the amenities you could need and the shower pressure was amazing especially after a long day of hiking. "The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
