“The check-in and checkout procedure was quick and easy. The photos of the room displayed on Expedia do not match what the room actually looks like. You get what you pay for. Linens were fine. Mold under the restroom sink. Fridge and microwave were a plus. Parking was fine but be wary if you have more than 1 car, they do not track cars parked in the lot. Heater works. Walkable distance to downtown and plenty of food options walking as well. Gas station across the street. No problem with next door……

“Staff very responsive. Exterior looked a bit funky until one realized it was in-keeping with historic Route 66. Interior was more up-to-date, but smaller than expected. Still not in a bad way considering we had three 70# dogs with us! Despite being on historic Route 66 it was not as noisy as we feared, just normal traffic noise. ”

“This is not a fancy place at all, but what it does do, it does very well. The shower is great, the rooms are very clean and seem well insulated, and the bed is comfortable. We'd see the owner out sweeping and tidying things up. They care. It is very conveniently located to leave your car and walk to downtown or the campus. There is no breakfast service, but breakfast is easy to walk to. Natural Groceries is right across the street, and a coffee shop is adjacent. ”

The location is very convenient, with many stores, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it easy to get around. The hotel was very clean, including both the room and common areas, which we really appreciated. The prices are reasonable and offer excellent value for the quality and service provided.
