“The experience was not as we had hoped. Check-in was supposed to be after 3 PM. We arrived at 4:30 PM and all of our rooms were not ready. We ended up having to shower and change in shifts in one room to get ready for a dinner event. When we returned later that evening, one of the rooms didn't even have bedding! The front desk clerk (Cindy) was awesome, despite being overworked. She went over and above to try and smooth things out. The walls between the rooms and floors/ceilings are paper-thin.……
