"I think the parking is ridiculous especially since I am handicapped and had to walk far or had trouble finding a place to park. I think all properties should have a spot for their room. Also the fact that our door was never fixed from the time we checked in till the day we left which made me not feel safe."

"Curtains in room were ripped up, smelled of must. No vending machines for drinks, refrigerator was not cold. Pool was not clean and chairs wore out. Very dated and old hotel. Had trouble with tv and guy tried to say it was my fault. Shower was old and I could feel the movement in floor. "

"We arrived at around 430 and our room was not ready. The girl at the front desk was not friendly and said she would call when the room was ready, but did not. We went to check again around 630 and our room was in fact ready. The view from our room was of the parking lot, however, our room was clean. The restaurant Euphoria on site was just ok. We got bamboozled into going to listen to the vacation club in service which took up 4 hours of our time and stupidly we fell for it. Hours later I came to my senses and revoked immediately, however, the process is stressful. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay here. The property was beautiful and filled with things to do for people of all ages. The pools and hot tubs were amazing (our family loves swimming). The property itself was just awesome. Being a gated community it really helped make us feel safe. Also, the location is super convenient to entertainment in the area. We will definitely be returning for another stay."

"Everything was perfect! Great location, excellent service, and top-notch facilities. The atmosphere is very family-friendly but also peaceful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
