“It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. ”

“nice condo area around a bit sketchy alot of homeless in the area.”

“Friendly host. He was very accommodating when I requested to extend my trip additional days. Also a very walkable location.”

“It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. ”

“We had a great stay! The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Everything went smoothly, and we had no issues during our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience!”

“Overall stay was mixed. “For the price, this was a great place to stay. We didn't have any problems. The reservation process was seamless. The check-in was quick and the staff was most accommodating when we asked for extra towels. I loved that the room was on the first floor and we did not have to deal with the elevators. The room was clean and a good size. The room is handicap accessible, but my 6'3" husband didn't have a problem with the shorter items in the room. We loved having the continental breakfast and access...

“Good location. Playground, supermarket and restaurants nearby”

“The host was great, and the house was fine overall. However, there are several things future guests should consider before booking.Noise & Access: The unit is on the middle level of a three-story property, requiring luggage to be carried up steep front steps. Located on a busy street corner, the unit experiences significant noise from sirens, music, and traffic throughout the night.Layout & Comfort: The space is long and narrow, with bedrooms at opposite ends. One bathroom is attached to a...
