“Good location and reasonably comfortable. Air-conditioning wasn't so effective and pillows were quite lumpy. Dissappointed that car parking was not included, especially as the car park was empty and daily charge was significantly higher and less safe than nearby garages. Overall it was an ok experience but could have been better.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Placemakr Arlington. The location was great for what we needed and easily walkable to restaurants and other nearby spots. The apartment was generally quiet and comfortable, although there is construction next door, and the guest bedroom seemed to hear much more outside noise than the other rooms. The apartment itself could definitely use some updating. There was an unpleasant smell when we first walked in, and the flooring had noticeable gaps throughout. There……

“Great house. Super convinient”

“Great place, incredibly clean and cozy! Host was friendly and communicated well. Perfect price for a night out in D.C. Far enough away from the bustle to get a price break, but does not feel cheap in any way, bathroom was immaculate and clean bedroom, living room. Even had an office area. Lyft rides were reasonable into the Warf for a dinner & concert night.”

“The property was safe, clean and efficient. Has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Parking is the only issue in ALL of Old Town Alexandria. We found the best for us was to park at the (2 blocks away) Cameron Street parking lot. Bring luggage on wheels and walk the 2 blocks in. You can also unload at the door and then park. There is a CVS down the street for any medicines or forgotten needs. Milk and Honey next door was a great restaurant. Make renovations and sit on the 2nd floor……

“Location was perfect.”

“My stay at Sonder Georgetown C&O Apartments was deeply disappointing due to a highly distressing lockout caused by an unprofessional deposit policy. The staff failed to collect the $50 deposit at check-in and later insisted I return to pay it, without clarifying any deadline or potential consequences. I never intended to avoid payment; when I returned later, the front desk was occupied, so I planned to settle it after dinner. Shockingly, just a few hours after check-in, the staff deactivated my……
