"My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute studio for a long weekend during her spring break. It was centrally located to be a convenient drive to the places we wanted to visit and was in walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, strip malls, etc. The kitchen was perfect for reheating meals to be able to eat in a few times and everything was comfortable and clean. "

"Wonderful spot for a couple looking to explore Colorado Springs. Short walk, or shorter drive, to downtown old Colorado city. Quick drive to both pikes peak and Garden of the Gods. The space was small, but both tidy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends, and will stay again if we return to the area."

"Shelly went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed to make our stay was there. We felt like we were at a friend’s place. It didn’t feel like a cold hotel, or an impersonal AirB&B. She paid attention to detail I didn’t even think I wouldneed but when they were there I so appreciated them. The hot tub was a nice touch in the evening after a long day a travel. "Great communication with host and property was clean.The area was run down and so was the apartment building. The place had the bare minimum of amenities and the laundry room was filthy. Front door was flimsy and both door and lock need to be replaced. "
