“Room was clean, bed was excellent, tub was a little bit difficult to get in and out of and was somewhat slippery, but we’re in our 70’s a grab bar would have been helpful, water in tub and sink got to temperature quickly. Toilet had a leak, but reported to property management and they arranged for it to be looked at as soon as we checked out…just a puddle around the seal, not flooding.Things that were hard 1. “This is a very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Everything is new and very clean. The apartment is a walk-out basement that was easy to access. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The couch has a recliner on each end. We had private wifi. It is in a nice neighborhood with many shops and restaurants nearby. The rate was very reasonable and we enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely use them again on our next visit to Colorado Springs.”
