“When we pulled in we noticed high weeds growing in the sidewalks, the pool area was closed and in disarray. When we checked in we were told the ice machine was broken and there is no microwave or frig. in the room and there was a security deposit. They gave us a key. When we went to our room, it was beside two rooms that were taped off and one was boarded up because it had caught fire, blackened the whole area outside. The windows were filthy. The window to my room I rented also filthy and……

“Hot water was not hot and took a very long time to get warm and our door (room 206) was so squeaky loud-needs some WD-40. Otherwise I would have given everything five stars!”

“This should be a 1 star review. The ONLY saving grace here was the staff at the front desk and the manager. Will not stay here again, too much corporate casino monopoly. Outrageous pricing at the hotel and the gas station across the street that the Golden Nugget happens to own as well.”

“The room was clean, but there was not even a cup in a room with a kitchenette, No plates coffee machine etc. Its strange the front desk is closed most of the day , all evenings and on sundays with a large metal shutter so there is no one to communicate with ? It tells you to slide your key under the metal shutter when leaving not even a secure drop box. It was a fair price for the room. Lots of weed smell around building but its colorado so not uncommon.”

“I liked the cleanliness and the complimentary breakfast. However, being a hilton honors silver member, I wasn't offered 2 free bottles of water upon arrival.”

“We only stayed one night. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. For the price, I was happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby, breakfast area-all was well kept and clean. The parking lot looked a little sketchy but for the price I wasn't expecting much. Only thing they had for the free breakfast was waffles or cereal, not many options there. Overall I would stay again for a quick trip.”
