"It was not bad for the price, I suppose, with friendly staff and clean lobby and room. However, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that nether of my husband or I were able to sleep much. Also, towels were I’m sure washed and clean but some of them were so old and got permanently stained that they looked like cleaning rugs. "

"Our refrigerator did not work and the ice machines on the first floor was broken the sign referred us to use the one on the third floor which was also broken when I got up there. I found out the next morning I could have gotten ice at the from desk or kitchen. "

"I was pretty disappointed with my room. I checked in around 3 o’clock and quickly dropped my bags and was off for the evening. When I got back around midnight, that’s when I discovered just how dirty my room was. The floors did not appear to be vacuumed very well, there were stains and splatters on the walls throughout the room, but the worst part was, I could tell the top comforter on the bed did not look like it had been cleaned. There was dog hair on it and the way it was wrinkled, looked more like someone had been sitting on it rather than having come out of the dryer. Then I pulled the covers down and discovered more dog hair and tortilla chips in my bed. Totally disgusting. At this point it was too late for me to go downstairs or try to find another hotel so I had to pull the sheet up over the dirty fitted sheet and sleep on top of everything. To say the least, it was just super disappointing because I have stayed at a Sleep Inn before and it was a very clean and very nice hotel so I had higher expectations. Major bummer and totally made my stay very unpleasant."

"No management. Front Desk staff not trained (2 day, 1 evening staff members). Could not get correct room number in my record. Wanted to stay a additional day and charge it to my Wyndham VISA. They did, but also charged the CC used in original booking thru Hotels.com. Still don't have refund for double charge on 21 April."
