"I arrived early after a rough travel day and the front desk found me a room early so I could rest. The view was fantastic with the Chrysler Building visible giving me great pictures each night. The gym had everything I needed from a squat rack to free weights. My only wish is that there would have been a great restaurant in the building but it’s NYC and I was surrounded by great food options so it wasn’t a big deal. I will probably always come back to this hotel in the future as the service was top notch."

"The heat was broken and room and sheets weren’t clean. They did bring new sheets for me to make the bed and an extra comforter since it was so cold. "
