"Jose was an excellent host, he treated us great always responded to any question , helped us when we requested his help, the house was clean, well equipped kitchen had everything functioning , the social area is the key to your heart in this property is amazing bbq next to a river drinks with the heated pool right next to you! They have a speaker and there’s a little grocery store next, my only recommendation will be a little extra tv for the room with three beds, we loved your place your town...

"I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were polite and welcoming. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared upon arrival, which made for a good first impression. However, the internet connection was quite slow during my stay, which was frustrating when trying to work or stream anything. It would definitely benefit from an upgrade, especially for guests who rely on Wi-Fi for business or entertainment. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with good basic conditions, but the slow internet and average food keep it from being a standout experience."

"This resort was just average overall. Communication was difficult because very few staff members spoke or understood English. It is heavily geared toward families, with lots of children and no adult-only pools or activities. The gym was the best amenity on the property. My wife and I were celebrating her birthday, but despite notifying the resort in advance and again at dinner, there was no acknowledgment or special gesture. We also experienced multiple power outages during our stay, which caused several inconveniences. The bars had limited selections and were often out of ingredients or specific liquors. Dining options were also limited, with the buffet serving similar food daily and the specialty restaurants being underwhelming. The dining areas appeared understaffed, resulting in slow service and delays clearing tables. Overall, the resort has potential, but service, communication, food variety, and guest experience need significant improvement."

"Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at this resort. The property is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the experience was positive overall. However, there are a few areas where some improvements could elevate the resort from good to exceptional. One of the biggest challenges during my stay was navigating the property. I found myself getting lost on multiple occasions, and when I asked staff members for directions, several told me they were unfamiliar with certain areas of the resort. I believe staff should be better equipped to assist guests with navigation, as providing clear directions is an important part of the guest experience. In addition, the resort could benefit from more directional signage throughout the property. Guests receive a map during check-in, but realistically, most people do not want to carry a pamphlet with them while enjoying their vacation. Strategically placed signs would make it much easier for guests to find restaurants, pools, activities, and other amenities. Lastly, I think the pool experience could be enhanced by adding a swim-up bar to at least one of the pools. Having to get out of the water each time I wanted a drink was inconvenient and interrupted the relaxation experience. A swim-up bar would be a great addition and would further enhance the resort atmosphere. Despite these suggestions, I had a great stay and would recommend this resort. With a few small improvements, I believe it could provide an even more outstanding experience."

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was amazing and helpful. They have plenty to do for couples and family alike. Plenty of good food and wine options. The nightly shows kept everyone busy and entertained The optional beach dinners were (extra cost) fabulous. We will miss all the fun we had and we made many happy memories. Cons: Room cleaning is not an everyday thing but they will come on request. Wet from the pool seems hazardous to walk around im the rooms and around the pools. Different restaurants are on rotations- not all restaurants are available everyday Pool closes at 7pm so no swimming allowed"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Our family had an amazing time at the Hard Rock Punta Cana! There was so much to do for both kids and adults that we were never bored. The pools, beach, activities, and entertainment kept everyone happy throughout the trip. The service was excellent—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food and drinks were surprisingly good, especially for an all-inclusive resort. There was plenty of variety, and we found ourselves enjoying every meal without feeling like we were sacrificing quality. Overall, this is a fantastic destination for families looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. We had such a great experience that we'll definitely be coming back!"

"Pros: - Big pool and amazing beach with good amount of seating. We didn’t have a problem finding chairs after looking for a few mins. - Most of the staff was friendly and helpful - Room was big and a good layout - Train/tram to take guests around the hotel was running often and we could usually get on it. Only crowded sometimes so we’d just walk but as big as the hotel seems, it’s very walkable and you can get from the furthest point in under 15 mins. Cons: - Room could have been cleaner. The floors weren’t that clean, linens and towels weren’t the cleanest and a little dingy. One of our sinks had little flies living in it and they’d sit there all day. At least 5 flies at any given time in the bathroom. - Our mini fridge didn’t work and we had to call over 5 times to finally have it fixed so the first 2 days we didn’t have cold drinks in the room and it was so hot outside. - Food was not very good. The buffet food was mediocre and the specialty restaurants weren’t much better. The Gaucho steakhouse was the best meal we had of all. - The Vacation Rentals staff scamming guests into a “90 mins presentation” was extremely annoying. Our 3-day vacation was almost ruined because of it. Be aware and decline the offer for “a nice breakfast with a presentation and welcome gift” unless you want to sit through a 3-hour sales pitch for a vacation membership."
