You can taylor your vacation the way you want. Beach or pools both options are awesome. The food was amazing so many options and for someone who can’t eat gluten there were so many options. The entertainment was great and if you didn’t want to get involved you could just go to another area of the resort. The rooms were really nice with very comfortable beds. We were lucky enough to have Jorge as our personal concierge and we were thankful for his assistance. Such a great person. The spa was amazing as was my massage therapist Roza. From the time of check-in my family and I had a 5 star treatment. Unknowingly we were sunclub members! We were a family of 14\. The staff was very accommodating! We were taken care of by Frailin, he was extremely helpful! Literally anything we needed he helped out! Always delivered and very attentive. He went above and beyond for us. The rooms were very clean, the bathroom around, everything was taken care of. The bartenders are also amazing, they knew us and our drink orders right away! Rosa at the sunclub bar was extremely fun, Juan in the lobby bar was so helpful, he memorized our drink orders! Everyone was so loving. Danny, the kitchen manager was fully accommodating! Also, the mamacita at the kelidescope bar!! She absolutely love our baby and would treat him like her own! Everyone deserves a raise! Everyone here is truly family! Thank you all for an amazing stay!
