Lovely hotel with great beach and pools, lovely staff and fantastic food and drink selection. The rooms are big and super comfortable. Only held off 5 stars as there was nothing really to walk out and see, but if you are happy staying on site you will not be disappointed.

Staff was amazing! Great resort with plenty of options for restaurants/ food and entertainment. Only cons- room could have been cleaned better and towels are hard to replenish as the resort is quite large with a lot of people and if you don’t request beach towels early, you won’t be able to get one. Same goes for dinner reservations. Long wait times unless you are able to reserve early

Our stay was great and staff (especially our concierge Jorge) were excellent to deal with. Rooms were clean and private. Only issues were with the very small lip at the base of the shower which caused water to flood onto the bathroom floor easily. Also the toilet seats would not stay up in the ope position when in use.

If you just want a room with pool and beach access. This is the place for you. The food was horrible, didn't know you can mess up on pizza until I came here.

Rooms were nice and what they told us we would have!! Food was ok and staff was friendly. Most resorts have pool and beach waiters?? Great overall
