We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again.”

“I’m from Louisville, but moved away a few years ago, and the location is perfect! This apartment was absolutely charming; very comfy bed, a good sized kitchen, and a lovely, lighted patio. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Super responsive management team, and a safe and secure environment! Would note, that if you aren’t able to climb stairs, this wouldn’t be your spot, but other than that, I couldn’t recommend it more!”

“We had a fine experience here in this area of Louisville. There are several shops many beautiful homes. It’s an older neighborhood. We felt very safe and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but it was convenient to our shopping and Churchill Downs event. The only thing I didn’t understand when I was checking in is that this is an apartment home so there is another apartment being rented, but it provided no problem or issue for us”

“It's located on a main street in the city but the noise wasn't bad. Neighbors and traffic were quiet. It was conveniently located to the airport and expo center. I appreciated the hand soap in every restroom and in the kitchen.We had plenty of space for my family of four. My two boys had their own bedrooms. “Our stay was just as described. My husband and his friend were participating in the Louisville Ironman that weekend and it provided a great place to stay!
