When we asked to have them changed, room service (not housekeeping) removed the sheets to expose bodily fluid on the mattress cover that was different from the sheet filth that was never attempted to be cleaned. The cover was removed and there were other separate bodily fluid on the mattress. These fluids were never attempted to be cleaned they were crusted over. The room service gentleman was disgusted and embarrassed.……

“The hallway wasn’t vacuumed. The carpet in the room and other places was worn through to the floor. The bathroom door sounded like a door in a horror show. No hook on the back of the bathroom door. The thermostat was difficult to understand. We either had a freezing 64 degrees or the heat came on. We asked why there was no phone in the room and were told they were remodeling in November and took things out of the rooms. No coffee pot or alarm clock either. We are just used to that being basic.……
