Amazing Time at Your Family's Place lodge!

We had the best time at this cabin. Everything is laid out so thoughtfully. Really a beautiful and clean space. The basement game room and the indoor pool area are especially awesome!Communication with Rose (the owner) couldn't have been better - appreciate all of her outreach and quick replies.We will definitely be back!JD

Cozy Weekend

My family had an amazing restful weekend at the Mt. Pleasant Lodge. The cabin was very spacious and clean, the beds were so cozy and the basement playroom kept the grandkids busy and happy! We enjoyed the pool house, hot tub and gathering around the fire pit at night. I highly recommend staying here!!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge, plenty to do and close to several area attractions. Communications with the owners was excellent, the place has everything you need with some extra special touches that were very appreciated. We would stay again.

We stayed with our friends ! we had a very great time The place was very clean and beautiful ! We have a Son that is handicap and it did not bother me to have him crawling on the floor . The kids and everybody loved the pool house and game room The cookies she left us didnt last long ! I definitly stay there again

Great property with plenty of activities.

The cabin is very comfortable and spacious. There are plenty of activities indoor and out. The disc golf course we a huge hit for our group. Property was clean and well stocked with everything you need to relax.

Gorgeous Property with Unbelievable Amenities

The Mt. Pleasant Lodge is an incredible property complete with every amenity imaginable. The pool, hot tub and game room were a huge hit; there was something for everyone. Rose is an incredible hostess and went out of her way to leave balloons and cookies for my mom’s birthday. The s’more kit was incredible. I highly recommend and hope to return again!!

Great get away location

The beds were comfortable. The property is well maintained. There are lots of amenities to keep the family entertained. Its also very private. The internet wasn’t very powerful and isn’t adequate for working remotely but we were able to get streaming to the television. Overall a great place to unplug and relax with family.

Great place for a family stay

We had a great stay! We basicially had a mini family reunion. There are many different activities to do at the lodge so you won't have to leave the property unless you really want to. We enjoyed the disc golf, firepit, ping pong table, air hockey, and cornhole. The deck was great to lounge around and the land was beautiful. Plenty of room in the lodge for 14 people and kitchen is large enough for 3 people to work in at once. Hopeful we can stay again in the future.

Best VRBO ever

Nine Ladies got together and we couldn’t have enjoyed our few days more. This house is beautiful. Every amenity is over the top. We had such a great great time. Not one complaint and I can’t say enough about this location and home. Just go there.!!!!! The house is decorated beautifully and has everything you need. From the moment you walk in, you will feel welcome.and warm! We enjoyed the indoor pool and outside hot tub. Couldn’t have asked for better stay. Loved it.

Perfect trip for a family with littles!

We truly had the most amazing experience staying at Mt. Pleasant Lodge with our family. We had 6 kiddos with us ranging from 9 months old to 12 and there really was something for everyone! The best part was that since the kids were safe and entertained, we adults were able to actually just relax (a true luxury when you have little ones) The indoor pool was definitely everyone’s favorite and absolutely incredible. 😍 I also really appreciated the extra conveniences like pool towels, a high chair, and pack n’ play. Plus the kitchen was full stocked with everything you needed except the food, even a full spice rack! Can’t say enough good things about this place and can’t wait to come back!!!

Mt. Pleasant Lodge

My family had an amazing weekend getaway at Mt. Pleasant Lodge. There was so much to do on the property! We enjoyed disc golf and went on hikes everyday with a marked trail right behind the house. We bonded each night as we played pool and ping pong in the basement every night. We relaxed in the pool and hot tub each day. Had a bonfire with wood supplied to us. It was a perfect getaway and allowed us to connect with nature and each other. I will definitely be recommended to anyone and everyone!

The Best

We have stayed in many rental homes for vacation, but no home or host compare to Your Family’s Place and Rose. We stayed at Mt. Pleasant Lodge and it was immaculate and stocked with all the necessities and bonus treats as well. Rose called the day before our trip to see if we had any questions or needs, no host has ever done that! Our grandchildren had so much fun swimming in the beautiful new pool, playing disc golf and using the zip line, plus all the games in the basement. Rose truly knows how to make her rentals a place for families.

Lots Of Space & Upgrades

Very well taken care of home with lots of space for families with children. Clean home with extras like a hot tub, air hockey table and arcade cabinets. The only minor inconvenience is that the WiFi was very slow and cellular service is spotty if available at all.
