Staff needs training

Location: Not many
Tried to book hotel they told me they were sold out. Went to Expedia was able to book a room walked back into hotel informing front desk I was able to book a room with Expedia. The front desk staff was extremely rude, told me they do not work with 3rd parties like Expedia even if I did have a confirmation number. They also informed me that they frequently over book their hotel by 10 rooms, and that I may not have a room, even if Expedia gave me a confirmation number. I needed to put a different Credit card not a Debit card on the room. I needed to run out to my car to exchange, the front desk actually told me that, while I did that if someone else came in before me they would give my room to them. I have never seen such behavior from a hotel.

lovely wedding venue and overnight stay

Cons: bathrooms have been updated, but a few details were overlooked; specifically space and outlet placement
Location: If you've never been, visit Late Night Slice pizza. Honestly, one of the best pizzas ever, open late.
We enjoyed a beautiful wedding at the Westin. The filet at dinner, although being served to such a large group, arrived perfectly cooked and delicious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was attractive and had all necessary comfort and amenities. Only complaint is with the small bathroom which had literally no space (on a counter or otherwise) for personal items or toiletries. A small stand/shelving unit next to the sink would have been a great improvement. Also the positioning of the mirror next to the outlet made it impossible to plug in hair appliances, so I had to use the desk area to get ready for the wedding. Slight inconvenience.

Location: Hollywood Casino, Bars and restaurants
Staff was great, nice area, hotel itself is dated.

The hotel was nice, high quality, clean, and friendly. They were handing out sliders in the lobby at happy hour, which was fun. The lobby is great and the room was nice. Good location and in a good walking location.

Pillows great so is bed! Lighting in bathroom terrible. Are all rooms handicapped? That's what we got. Hardly any water pressure in shower. Breakfast cold and no service!

Very pleasant, nicely refurbished historical hotel

The historical lobby is beautiful; the rooms are small (as in any historical hotel), but they're well-designed and decorated so they feel comfortable and cozy. Overall, a comfortable, pretty nook conveniently situated in the middle of columbus. I will add, there's parking garages all around (we used the one behind the hotel on mound street) that are inexpensive and more convenient than the valet parking.
