The property was okay. I did not like the bathroom. The toilet was very low and the water did not readily drain from the sink or bathtub, which made it difficult to wash your body. When I called downstairs to ask for relief, I was told that this was normal.

Parking complaint
4-5 Parking spaces for check in was blocked with cones so I moved one so I could check in as the sign infront of the parking spots indicated they were for. According to the signs I had 20 minutes. I went in to check in which took about 10 minutes. Before I came out some employee of the hotel came out and yelled at my wife and daughter that we "moved a cone and cannot park there" My wife told him that I was inside checking in. He did not care and continued to belittle my wife to the point he made her move the car. The 4-5 spots that were blocked off continued to be blocked rest of day into evening until a bus showed up and took up diagonally across those spots. I find it needless to make a scene with my wife for a bus that arrived 6 hours later.

The breakfast was amazing. So many options. The staff was all really nice. Walking distance from a lot of places. All in all would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great spot for the area.
Was pleasantly surprised that we could check in early, which made the day sp much easier. Great staff and the room was as.expected (Qu bed with studio)....full kitchen and plenty of room. Only complaint was the bed was hard for me, but that's a personal choice. Great spot clr catching a Twins game and then hitting the local breweries. Would def stay here again.

The property is in a beautiful area, the hotel itself is immaculate and clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. One of my favorite hotels ever!

The room size was great for our family however it wasn’t clean (hand soap from previous guest in tub, furniture had some stains and wood was cracked in places). It also had very few dishes and glasses to use.

Great location for downtown events, close to Target Center and Field. Room is adequate. Sort of an odd layout that makes it hard for two people to watch TV in bed; better for a single business traveler. Lots of uncrowded underground parking which given the near 100 degree days when we were there, was appreciated. As was the outdoor pool, a vanishing breed in the snowbelt. Also had a billiard room a surprise. Included breakfast was exactly as you'd expect.

Over all great place. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and spacious. Some minor things like certain plugs/switches didn't work and the air conditioning stopped working and its a little out-dated for decor. Front desk staff were fantastic, Jordan was great.

Property was conveniently located to Shops in Dining in NorthLoop. The breakfast included in above and beyond with lots of choices and was refilled with food/drink as much as needed. Our only down point was we were woken up 5 AM with an unwarranted wake-up telephone call. Must have been ordered by previous guest.

Good location for Twins game
Good location, easy walk to Twins game. Pool was small and needed some maintenance- a light was floating while still attached to the wall. Breakfast was okay, nice that it’s available but it was very crowded when we went to eat. Need a bigger room& more tables and chairs. The sofa bed was terrible. I know not to expect great comfort with a sofa bed but this one was really bad and uncomfortable.

We were on a one night staycation for an event close by. This is exactly what we were looking for, nothing fancy, but clean and affordable for the eight hours we were actually in the room. Parking was convenient and priced right so that we could walk to restaurants and entertainment venues. Breakfast was very standard but again convenient and affordable. Staff was super friendly and actually ended up at the same event after we told them about it. We will be back here to stay for future events in uptown!

This property was listed as having a rooftop pool, which is the only reason I booked it. Upon arriving to checkin we were informed that there is no rooftop pool. They instead had a small, dirty, outdoor parking lot level pool. I understand the pool is outside and there is a chance of debris blowing in. The pool was filled with leaves, pine needles, candy wrappers, cigarette buttes, and styrofoam chunks. It was disgusting.
