In its time probably quite nice. The pool and spa were empty and probably had been for quite some time. No elevators in the building. Carpets were worn and the smell of smoke in our room. Beds and towels were clean and facilities were usable. Continental breakfast is very minimal. Taking into account that back in it's historical days, it was a Luxury Hotel, we decided to appreciate the ambience and character of the property.
