The apartment with a size of 21 sqm is located on the ground floor of a MFH. There is a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. The center of Dresden can be easily reached by tram within 10 minutes. Within walking distance are 5 minutes walk on the Kesselsdorfer road numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. Wi-Fi is free for our guests. Facilities include linen, towels, toiletries and hair dryer. The city charges a tourist tax of 6% of the room price for guests aged 18 or over who are not in Dresden for business reasons. This is to be paid locally.

Schöne Kleine Unterkunft
Mit Der Unterkunft an sich waren wir zufrieden Preis Top Sauberkeit Top Lage Gut Wohnung Top Ich habe Kleinigkeiten Abgezogen weil zb der Kühlschrank nicht eingesteckt war. Und vorallem was mich gestört hat war die Kommunikation und der Check In wir haben die Wohnung nämlich nicht gefunden und es gab leider auch keinen Hinweis darauf wo sie war ebenfalls hatten wir vorher Bescheid gesagt wir kommen um 21 Uhr an und der Vermieter war nur bis 20 Uhr Erreichbar wir mussten dann warten bis eine Person im Hausflur aufgetaucht ist und die um Hilfe bitten. Die Türen sind durch nummeriert wenn auf dem Schlüssel eine 8 steht sucht nicht nach der Tür 8 sondern nach der Tür 1 wenn ihr die geöffnet habt ist da hinter die 8 aber das konnten wir nicht wissen weil es so nicht kommuniziert wurde und wir nicht im ganzen Gebäude schauen können ob der Schlüssel passt. Nach dem diese Hürde aber überwunden war hat uns eine Top Wohnung begrüßt die wir vor allem genommen hatten weil sich die Betten auseinander schieben lassen.

Die Lage ist top Straßenbahn fährt quasi vor der Tür zu Fuß sind es etwa 20 min bis in die Altstadt. Die Austattung ist einfach aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Check in / check out war unkonkopliziert. Parken vor der Tür ist auch ein Problem. Also definitiv zu empfehlen.

Super Urlaub in Dresden
Super Aufenthalt in Dresden bei bestem Wetter. Die Fereinwohnung hatte eine gute Lage zum Zentrum der Stadt nach nur 4 Strassenbahn-Haltestellen war man im Zentrum von Dresden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren nach 5min Fussweg zu erreichen.

Zufriedenstellend für ein paar Tage
Vorweg: Für die Nachbarin (ebenfalls in einer Ferienwohnung) kann ja niemand was. Die war nämlich ganz und gar nicht in Ordnung. Ansonsten war für den Preis alles zufriedenstellend, da grundlegend sauber, zweckmäßig und alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Handtücher hatten wir eigene mit, was gut so war. Danke an dieser Stelle für diesen sinnvollen Tipp von den Vormietern. Der TV hatte ein paar Macken, aber für gewöhnlich kommt man ja nicht zum Fernsehen nach Dresden. Die Bilder und der Geruch im Eingangsbereich sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, über beides lässt sich ja aber bekanntlich streiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter inkl. Check-In sowie Check-Out verlief reibungslos. Rundum: Als günstige Unterkunft für ein paar Tage schon zu empfehlen.

Leider war der Boden schmutzig, die Handtücher hatten Flecken und das ganze Zimmer war eher staubig. Im Bett fand sich mehr als ein fremdes Haar. Ein Lattenrost hätte vielleicht die Matratzen von ihren Wanderungen abgehalten.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Wasserkocher usw. Es ist zentral gelegen zu allen notwendigen Dingen - Straßenbahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man ist schnell in der Stadt. Mir persönlich hat ein großer ( Ganzkörper ) Spiegel gefehlt, ein Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad und die Handtücher sind, wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat ok. Ich hatte meine eigenen mit, auf Anraten des vorherigen beurteilers. War ein guter Tipp. Ich würde nicht mehr buchen, aber alles in allem einfach aber ok.
