Two staff haven’t any apology to me and go back their job as usual.I wonder why i had pay £485 for living then give me unprofessional service,my room hygiene is awful ,toilet have some silverfish, and cleaning not completely, never refill shower gel. When i check in first day at noght ,the front desk guy just give me key card and room no. no more presentation to me. Breakfast slightly better hostel(fruit and croissants )but not worth it £8.5.Overall to say, I highly not recommend live in this awful Hotel. Expensive but mess up my trip."
