Bathroom OK but would benefit from some shelves to put toiletries on etc. Breakfasts were very good with a wide choice. Dining in was v good but we felt overpriced. The whole experience was good but felt at £180 it represnted poor value.”

“Basic room. Although there were patio doors opening onto the car park there were no windows so the room was very hot during our stay. We brought our own fan so were able to manage but would have been very uncomfortable if we hadn’t. Bed was not very comfortable. Electric shower and the plug in the sink got stuck down if used. We arrived at 5pm on Sunday and told no food served after 4pm. Also no breakfast available. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the pub on the second night and food was good.……

The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden.”
