When I finally got in, the room was okay but lacked basic in‑room amenities—there were no cups or kettle, as these are kept in a separate kitchen, which was sparsely stocked. “Very nice quirky hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was yummy snd freshly cooked. Staff pleasant the hotel is very small with rooms upstairs. A very narrow set of stairs to the rooms. Ours was on the third level and it was hard to get our bags up. I would stay there again but i would take a small bag with what i needed to the room and leave the suitcases in the car. Street parking. Just what i imagined an English pub to be. Lovely ”
