Dad's Paradise on Pigeon Cove offers WaterFront Sunrise Views and Lake Access!

Great family home with two bedrooms down, loft up stairs with 2 full sized beds. There is a spiral staircase that takes you to the loft area and this may be difficult for the elderly or for children. This place has lots of 80's charm all around! Amazing views to see the sunrise, 150 feet of shoreline Lake Access. This property offers a perfect place to enjoy the Drummond Island experience, fire pit, great lake access for kayaks and quiet Area to relax. Everything is provided, all you need to do is head up north!
We do have firewood on site, but limited amount.
Cabin does have a fireplace, owner requests it not to be used. Kayaks are not included in rental.

Slice of heaven on the island
This was the perfect location for a relaxing stay on the island. The house was stocked better than any I have stayed at - had anything we needed. Such a peaceful setting on the water with deer walking right up to the back deck. The host was more than accommodating. Thanks for making our time on the island absolutely perfect.

Lovely setting especially for morning sunrises and coffee on the large deck! We saw deer just off the deck, cranes, ducks and a Loons. Location is close to the "Four Corners" for shopping and dining. We hiked and kayaked and drove around the island to explore. We read and relaxed. Wonderful stay! We'll be back for sure!

Paradise on Drummond
Our new favorite vacation spot! Located on a beautiful bay with gorgeous sunrises. The home is well stocked with kitchen items, linens, fire wood, even a washer/dryer. Plenty of room for 8. The wild life is a bonus. Daily visits from deer, cranes, ducks, loons and many different types of birds. We fell in love with this place! Great communication with the lovely hosts who were very responsive.

This place was amazing! The living room was spacious and had plenty of seats for everyone. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, including spices and even bug spray! We had eight adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was very close to the ferry and was just wonderful! There was plenty of firewood for our entire weekend and we used the fire pit every night of our three-night stay. We were able to get in early and stay a bit late. I would love to stay here again!!!

Special 85th Birthday
We traveled to Drummond in celebration of my Mother’s 85th birthday. She’s not had a getaway for several years so it was important to us to make this trip special. The cottage and Kari, the property manager didn’t disappoint! Kari made sure that ALL the comforts of home awaited us. She is friendly, helpful and gracious! One day during our stay, her hubbiie came back from fishing with a great haul of walleye and pike. He actually offered us a fish for dinner! We politely declined, but how nice is that??? We’ve never stayed at a VRBO rental that was so well stocked. From paper products and personal hygiene items to cooking spices, laundry detergent and more! The place was clean, comfortable and the fairy tale storybook cabin up north. Every day we were entertained by a myriad of animal activity, mink, deer, raccoons, and bird species we haven’t seen in years if at all! To the owner of this property and to Kari, we extend a huge Thank You for allowing us to make this new wonderful memory with Mom! God Bless!

We were welcomed and given a tour of the house when we arrived. It was so nice and relaxing. Waking to the magnificent lake view, deer just walking in the backyard. Only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back

I'm going to miss the beautiful sunrises,and the visiting wildlife! So many deer, ducks, loons, herons and maybe weasels? Comfy beds couches and chairs. Only thing I would change is the cookware. I hope we were good guests, our hosts were great!

Perfect location and beautiful views.
We stayed 5 nights at dads cabin. It was clean and exactly what we needed. We had 4 adults it was very nice to have a 2nd 1/2 bath for a group of four. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. We will for sure be back. Feeding the deer was a nice bonus. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a small mistake with check in but the rest of the trip was great. And the check in was promptly fixed. Things happen. I asked a lot of questions prior and the communication was great. This was my first VRBO stay and they left me feeling comfy. The property is as listed and is very homey. The deer were fantastic and enjoyable. I would stay with this property again.

Property is very clean and well maintained, even with that '70's vibe'. We were so comfortable and relaxed during our stay. It's the kind of place you can curl up with a good book if you didn't want to hunt, fish, kayak, ride ATV's, or sightsee. Wildlife was amazing and, I confess, I fed the deer some apples right from my hand. Host, Kari, was wonderful! We had no phone or internet on the island when we first arrived (cut fiberoptic cable), but check-in was still smooth and we had no problems living without it for a couple of days. We are trying to plan next year's return trip! Thank you, Kari, for a wonderful stay!
