Good basic place to stay

Good amenities, comfortable beds. Good contintential breakfast, safe location close to track mall with Starbucks, etc. Great service from front desk. Cons are room had strange smell (disinfectant, ammonia, detergent from laundered sheets/towels?), small cramped bathroom, some outside noise with people walking by, conversations. 2nd time staying here, would do it again.

Pros: Ample parking and well lit.
Cons: Need to clean the rooms better, need to upgrade bathrooms and furnitures.
Dirty! Old and musty. Bathroom is gross, need upgrades and/or clean and maintain it better.

Poor quality and condition overall

I'm not sure how this place is rated as high as it is. Although it was mostly clean, the place is falling apart. There was no water the first day because of plumbing repairs so when we showered at night we had no hot water. The bathroom door was banged up and looked like someone tried to scratch their way out. The lamp shades were broken and falling off. The light switches and plugs were not completely attached. There are holes in the light panels, chunks of wall missing, the hairdryer came off the wall completely, the sink plug had to be pulled up by hand it was so stuck down water wouldn't drain, the tub/shower was at a constant drip, and the so called AC unit was SO loud we couldn't sleep even with ear plugs in. The springs in the beds are shot and you feel like you'll bounce off just turning over. The pillows are SO lumpy it's better to go without. The cleaning staff doesn't seem to care much and were seen most of the time hanging out at the outside table on their phones while folding towels on a dirty table outside. There is junk and old chairs scattered around everywhere. I can't even give more than one star in good conscience and would NEVER recommend this place. We had five rooms total and very very disappointed that we spent the amount we did here. It's barely motel quality.

Good Location, needs extensive renovation

This hotel has potential, but needs a great deal of updating. It wound up being farther from where we needed to be than we thought. Parking is very tight. Wouldn't stay again. on the upside, managers were very nice and helpful.

Under delivers. By a mile.

The room was vastly different than the photos. The walls were filthy. The furniture is very dated. The breakfast has no hot options which is different from the photo. Service is lackluster. Overpriced for what you get.

Convenient and close my needs

The room was close to my needs, and close to most everything, shopping, food etc. The biggest complaint was the bed mattress. It needed replacement, as it rolled downhill to the middle. Not good on the back.You figure the only time that you are really in the room is to sleep, and it should be a better experience.

Horrible hotel

When we arrived in our hotel there was hangers taped to the wall to hang your clothes, there was no running hot water, the room smelled and the air conditioner did not work. They offered to move us to another room however that room had holes in the wall and was not fully patch there was extension cords all throughout the room for your electronic devices. definitely one of the sketchiest and weirdest hotels as I have ever been in.

Not the worst but in no way the best I have stayed

There is a perfumed odor in the room and I have asthma so it was unpleasant. The king sized mattress was not properly on the box spring so one side of the bed was hard and the other was bowing out over the box spring. The room was clean enough but the smell was a real turn off and I couldn't sleep on their mattress.
