When I first arrived for check in, I was told my reservation had been cancelled and they did not have a room. After showing my confirmation of the reservation I waited around 10 minutes for them to arrange a room. Our room was a bit disappointing, as there was no king bed as requested, only 2 twins pushed together, with separate duvets. Also, room was advertised as having ironing facilities, but nothing was available in the room. No milk or coffee creamers available for the coffee. Lack of electric sockets for hairdryer and phone charger. I had to plug the hairdryer into the extension plug of the fridge in the bedroom which was not ideal, and unplug the bedlight to charge my phone. Minimal towels provided and no facecloths supplied. The location was excellent and sadly the view was obstructed with building construction, but otherwise the staff were friendly especially Alvin the Concierge.
