Overall nice experience. Stayed there 2times before everything is excellent everytime had Abit of a problem with the shower but apart from that everything went smoothly.

After arriving at midnight , I asked the front desk attendant if he spoke English. He said yes so I told him that I made a mistake in our reservation and asked if he could give us a room with 2 single beds instead of one double. He said yes, but when we got to the room, it was a double with 2 single mattresses on it. We were exhausted and didn’t feel like arguing with someone who clearly did not understand us in the first place. But that wasn’t the end of it. The shower was a circular plexiglass tube in between the bathroom and the bedroom and could even be seen from the living room. Weird. I didn’t know I was reserving the voyeur suite. The mattress was hard and I’m lucky if I slept 2 hours. We were up at at 8:00 am to catch our flight home at 10:00, and asked the Day desk clerk how long it would take a taxi to get to us. She told us 10 minutes. It was closer to 30 by the time the cab got there. We had to ask her to “ call again”. That wasn’t her fault, but the entire experience was dismal. Never again. I only chose it because it was close to the airport. Or so I thought. It ended up being 5 miles away. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I was only in town for one night. The hotel was very conveniently located near the airport. The staff spoke English, which is always helpful. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Recommend.

No hot water and a lot of noise from the room. I think the boiler of some sort was trying to generate hot water.

Hotel was really good but if they are gonna class themselves as an Airport hotel they should run a shuttle service too and thru.

The hotel itself did the job it advertised. It was a comfy, clean hotel with friendly staff. Good for sleeping. Few issues involve having to pay for the WiFi, it not having a pool, very creaky beds and when I went into the dining room for dinner, they had no food available as they were focused on a buffet. The location is a little far out but it's open 24/7 and you can come and go as you please. If they sorted out those few issues, it would be an even better hotel.

A kettle for s cup of hot drink is not too much to offer customers. Paid £98 a day for a room but had to pay extra €5 a day for unlimited wifi.

The hotel has a friendly staff and good location close to the airport. However, the free wifi is limited and have a poor signal. The hotel charges for more wifi connection which I think it was very mean and cheap from them.
