“The condo is outdated in a very nice property. The condo has old furniture, stained carpet and an old bathroom with tub and 1980's white tiles. This condo has no AC, so it's gets hot even in a 75 deg outside weather. It should be equipped with ceiling fans or much nicer fan than one cheap fan provided. The furniture in the living room and the dining table needs to be upgraded. The property is very good for summer and winter activities. There are several restaurants within the larger...

“Beautiful condo with amazing views from the balcony. Very clean, host was very responsive, excellent communication. Great place to stay!”

“The property was great for a quick getaway! Conveniently located to recreational center and downtown.”

“Nice apt with everything you need and most important with great location, the owner always replied almost instantly always kind and helpful. ”

“This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

“The bed was horrible and the only thing the property manager said back was sorry he never had no complaints ok yea bed was so bad you couldn’t sleep bed squeaking my back was killing me so uncomfortable old bed”

“Always love staying at the property and this was our first time staying in this until! The unit was very conveniently located and had everything we could possibly need! The communication with the host was excellent! Wish we had been able to stay longer!! ”

“This property was awesome very clean. The only turn off was no kitchen. The owners were very kinds and responsive! We enjoyed our stay!”

“Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks!”

“Great place to stay! Right near everything!!”

“Excellent place!”

“This suited our needs perfectly! The location couldn't have been better. The condo was very clean and well designed. They even supplied sheets to cover the furniture if you brought pets! We didn't use the rec center, but that is a total bonus.”

“Everything we needed for a 3 day weekend. Great location if you have kids in ski school.”

“Comfortable, convenient parking and location. Clean space with ample supplies available”

“Absolutely loved our stay here. We are CO natives, but I was looking to give my kids an experience I had as a child after a less than wonderful (out of state) family vacation earlier this summer. This place was clean, well stocked, super convenient and boasts excellent communicative hosts. The resort is stunning, the views speak for themselves, activities are second to none. My family has already asked that we make this exact VRBO rental our “go to” summer staycation.”

“We loved our stay, it was a little confusing at first to get the keys but we got it. Lovely views! Nice and clean. 2 window cranks were broken and it would have been nice to open them because the weather was gorgeous! Other than that small detail, we had a great stay.”

“Very close to the slopes!”
