“This tiny home is pretty much exactly as pictured in the listing; while it sits on a bare dirt lot, there are trees screening it from the road. It was very adequate and comfortable for our weekend get-away. The linens and towels were crisp and clean and the kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfast and make picnic lunches. Check in was easy and we were able to get reasonably quick responses to a couple of questions we had.”

“The house is amazing, great views, location was perfect to go to surrounding areas! Only complaint we had were the beds as they were much too firm for our liking and we didn’t sleep well but it’s hard to accommodate everyone’s preferences… otherwise everything was perfect! ”

“Host had excellent communication skills. This place was beautiful however it needed an extra sink somewhere for washing dishes/pot even your hands. There was a small sink in the bathroom, but it was only appropriate for maybe brushing your teeth and washing your hands.. I made some recommendations to the owner and she seems very receptive. She was very accommodating and I would stay there again. This place is truly a little hidden gem. A little bit out of the way, but sometimes that’s……

“My partner and I met in Colorado and have since moved out of state - we knew when it was time that we wanted to come back to the mountains to elope. Pines & Peaks was absolutely perfect! The view both from the house and the hot tub was immaculate. We kept commenting the whole time we were there that everything in the home was high quality and did not feel like any corners were cut as they can be for some rental properties. “We had a wonderful stay and gave our experience 5 stars! There are a couple of suggestions: the top bunk was not super clean. My teenage girl would not sleep up there. The traffic from the construction going up the mountain was intense. A heads up would have been appreciated. But, if we have to be stopped for 45 minutes in a traffic line, glad it's in the beautiful mountains! Doggie bags for dog poop would be a good amenity. We had some and used them, but just a suggestion. We will stay……

“This home was absolutely perfect for our family trip of 9 plus our furry friend. The owners were beyond communicative which made for a very easy check in process and I knew they were just one message away if we needed anything. You can tell they take pride in their home down from the beautiful decor to the immaculate condition of the home, indoor and out! The house has a true mountain feel while still being close to Denver.
