"For the price, I don't think there's a better hotel in Crescent City. The had a room with an ocean view with a balcony, and hot tub for $110.00. Also stayed four nights around Memorial Day last year in a 2 room suite for less than $500.00. Rooms are nice and pretty big and the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is okay, bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, apples, and yogurt. If you want more then Apple Peddlers is basically next door and has pretty good breakfast. "
