Of note, and we knew this going in, it’s the bottom floor of the homeowner’s house with its own separate entrance. There’s 2 side by side units on this floor so you may see your neighbors walk right by. You can also hear the homeowners above you at times. “This is a great house for your Dundee vacation! The house is perfect for friends planning to explore the Willamette Valley! The location is great for walking to several restaurants and wine-tasting rooms. And a quick drive to many views at several wineries. I can't wait to go back and would definitely stay here again.”

“Great proximity to all the best spots in wine country! The place was comfortable, clean and convenient. Our only two downsides were that the sprinklers always seemed to be going off whenever we were outside on the patio and the gun club that is nearby starts shooting at 8am and that noise is constant. Otherwise a great homebase spot for doing tastings.”

“This is a nice home in a great location with an amazing host. The host cares and has put in a lot of effort to make the home nice, has a book of recommendations for restaurants, wineries and things to do and communicates almost immidiately. The outside area is not an oasis and should be taken off the listing. The house is a nice house, well stocked kitchen, the heated bathroom floors are great. The pictures of the outside space is very misleading. You pay for cleaning and table and chairs should...

“It talks about a private entrance but it isn't because there are multiple rooms in the basement of this property that get rented out. I had hoped to have a private getaway and instead i was greated with a shared entrance and steep shared parking on gravel. Also, when you walk into get into the door there isn't an indicator as to which key box your code is for. The "doors" to each room/space is just a sliding glass door. Extremely revealing as we could see into both our rooms and others...
