I will not be staying here, ever again. Horrible customer service. I had called prior to my stay to insure that I could check in at 8am a soon as I arrived to Salem do to me having a picture session for my graduation. They made a mistake and ended up not receiving my room I had to wait to check in till 3pm. Just horrible communication.

Easy and convenient location for our trip, but lobby was loud, breakfast was extremely limited (we had to get a second breakfast elsewhere for our teens) and hotel as a whole was minimally comfortable. The gym was great though.

I loved how clean the room was, the laundry room available for guests and the Dove products in the bathroom. I was so pleased with this stay as it was just a quick trip to visit family and the hotel was a nice “home away from home” for the weekend.

This most certainly was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in by far. Everything looked brand new and everything worked the way it should. Even the bathroom hot water was quick to use. Only minor quibble would be the lack of lighting in the room. This has become quite the norm in modern hotels as they've taken measures to save energy, but surely modern LED lights could be added without a notable difference.
