“The place is just as described. The townhouse is relatively new with no wear and tear. It is actually a three bedroom, two bath unit that the property management Vrbo’s for only four people.it’s good for two couples, with the exception that one bedroom is significantly smaller than the other one. Not a big deal, just an fyi. The area is a nice base for wine tasting and Carlton has many nice restaurants. As the title suggests, we did have something happen; the fire alarm went off in the middle of……

“This property is nice and clean. Very comfortable. We did a wine tour in Willamette and we were picked up and dropped off. It worked out great for that. We were able to hang out in back patio with nice fire pit area. Only reason not 5 stars across the board is that it is on a main drag and a little loud. Also, we were slightly disappointed in food choices in area. But that is not house fault! Thanks for the stay! ”

“Property was perfect for us. We loved the location. Close to many wineries. Walking distance to tasting rooms & great restaurants & ice cream! :-) We drove to Silverton one day & hiked Silver Falls State Park Ten Waterfalls. It was great to have the hot tub after that! Management was super responsive to all questions, house was very clean & cute. We would come back! ”

Overall, the property was amazing, and we took advantage of the board games. The only bummer was there two rooms without a bathroom which meant for them to shower, they would need to go into someone else's room. We made it work for us!”

“The location of this property is ideal and very serene and peaceful. We loved hearing the birds and getting to see so many colorful varieties.The deck space is great, overlooking the pond and yard offering that country feel although you are only a few minutes from the city. The drive in to Salem was perfect. We loved being so close but also having this house to escape to.The space in the home is very large, lots of spaces to gather and visit.
